At Spritzer, every product delivered to our customers starts with a plan. Production schedules, customer demand, inventory, and material availability must be carefully balanced to ensure products are produced and delivered on time.

This is not a role for someone who simply follows a schedule. It is for someone who can anticipate problems before they happen, make decisions with incomplete information, and remain calm when priorities change. Delays, shortages, excess inventory, and production disruptions all have operational and commercial consequences.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex planning challenges, coordinating across multiple functions, and taking ownership of decisions that directly impact production performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Working closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and other stakeholders, you will:

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production plans based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory levels, material availability, and production capacity.
• Coordinate production priorities and scheduling requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth production flow.
• Monitor production output, inventory levels, order fulfilment, and capacity utilization, proactively identifying potential shortages, bottlenecks, delays, and scheduling constraints.
• Review and optimize production schedules to maximize machine utilization, improve operational efficiency and service levels, and minimize production interruptions, energy consumption, and overtime costs.
• Analyze planning data, production performance, and inventory trends to support decision-making, prepare planning reports, and recommend improvement actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve planning issues, balance demand and supply requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant planning experiences during internships are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
