Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign & POSM Management

• Plan and execute monthly promotional themes and seasonal campaigns.

• Oversee the production of POSM materials, including posters, wobblers, gondola headers, and digital displays.

• Coordinate the production and deployment of POSM materials to ensure timely execution across stores.

• Ensure campaign materials are accurate and aligned with the overall campaign direction and brand identity.

2. Stakeholder Liaison

• Work closely with designers to create Key Visuals (KV) and various POSM assets that align with our brand identity while driving high conversion.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments, including Procurement, Operations, and other relevant teams.

• Liaise with external vendors on campaign and POSM requirements, production, and delivery.

• Coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Track the effectiveness of in-store materials and overall campaign performance, including relevant sales performance.

• Prepare post-mortem reports for major campaigns, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis to the management team.

• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing, preferably within the retail industry.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications such as Google Sheets and Google Slides, or equivalent Microsoft applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and timeline management skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and campaign timelines effectively.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
