• Assist the Head Chef in planning menus, food preparation, and kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards
• Monitor food inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Step in for the Head Chef during their absence
• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
