Inbound Logistics (Materials Entering Site)

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of imported materials, equipment, machinery, and construction components to the project site.
• Track shipment arrivals and arrange delivery schedules with suppliers and transporters.
• Verify quantities and conditions of delivered materials against purchase orders, delivery orders, and packing lists.
• Coordinate unloading, storage, and material receiving with the site team.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and update the site material register.

Outbound Logistics (Materials Leaving Site)

• Arrange the movement of materials, equipment, machinery, and returnable items from the site to suppliers, warehouses, or other project locations.
• Prepare delivery orders, return notes, gate passes, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with security personnel to verify authorization for materials and equipment leaving the site.
• Ensure outbound shipments are properly documented and comply with applicable customs requirements where relevant.
• Track returned, transferred, or exported items and maintain supporting records.

Coordination with Site and Project Teams

• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisor.
• Ensure materials arrive according to the construction programme and installation schedule.
• Ensure all materials entering or leaving the site have the required approvals and supporting documents.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
