MR DIY International Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive - Marketing CRM - Partnerships in Selangor - Ricebowl

A dynamic, hybrid role driving the expansion and monetization of the MR.DIY CLUB app. You will secure and manage high-ROI merchant partnerships while owning the technical integrations, rigorous UAT, and cross-functional project management required to execute them locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B merchants to drive active loyalty metrics and positive ROI.
• Technical Onboarding: Lead the technical setup for new partners, ensuring seamless API integrations and strict data privacy (PDPA) compliance.
• UAT & System Health: Execute User Acceptance Testing with production to ensure user experience without disruption.
• Project Management: Track CRM project timelines, align IT, Marketing, Legal, and vendors, and create communication materials (user guides, infographics) for system updates.
  
  

Experience & Requirements

• Background: 3 to 5 years in Partnership Management, CRM Operations, or Account Management (retail/loyalty preferred).
• Commercial & Tech Fluency: Proven B2B negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of app operations and API integrations.
• Testing Experience: Hands-on capability in executing UAT, bug tracking, and regression testing.
• Project Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage vendors, align cross-functional teams, and handle data securely.
• Advantage: Experience scaling partnerships or coordinating cross-border integrations.
