About the Roles

Join a pet products distributor and supplier as an Indoor Sales Executive based in Ubi, conveniently located near the MRT. This is a permanent, 5-day workweek position, with working hours from 8:30am to 6pm on Monday and 9am to 6pm from Tuesday to Friday. The role offers basic salary plus commission and variable bonus, with opportunities to support both e-commerce sales and B2B business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage online storefronts and keep product pricing, descriptions, images, specifications, and listings accurate and sales-focused.
• Review digital sales channels regularly to ensure inventory, product availability, pricing, and content remain up to date.
• Handle the full online sales process, including order processing, customer enquiries, fulfilment, and follow-up.
• Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with pet shops, pet-friendly cafés, and other commercial establishments through digital prospecting, tele-sales, and video calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners through virtual meetings, online communication, regular follow-ups, and account management.
• Monitor online sales activities and customer trends to identify improvement opportunities and support digital sales growth and new account acquisition.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Delivery teams to monitor inventory, manage stock availability, and ensure timely order dispatch.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records, including weekly out-of-stock reports and monthly Top Customer reports, using Excel and other digital tools.
• Support workflow automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve the productivity and efficiency of daily sales and e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in e-commerce store management, digital sales, telesales, or online customer service; B2B experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Excel, and digital tools, with the ability to use AI applications such as ChatGPT and AI-powered solutions.
• Strong digital aptitude with a proactive approach to process improvement, automation, and using technology to improve work efficiency.
• Comfortable conducting video calls, presenting products, and engaging potential business partners virtually.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy in product listings, inventory tracking, order processing, and sales reporting.
