A Successful Customer Service - Mandarin Should Have
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related role in the industrial or manufacturing industry.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with order processing systems and customer relationship management tools.
