• Oversee kitchen workflow, service quality and speed during operation.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff; maintain discipline and teamwork.
• Enforce menu SOP accuracy, portion control, and hygiene SOPs.
• Conduct daily prep checks, opening/closing checklists and stock verification.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with outlet manager/spv and service team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years kitchen leadership experience (F&B preferred).
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Hands‑on, disciplined, and proactive problem solver.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
