Hiring HR Manager

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Company

Our client is an established automotive company operating in Perak, providing a comprehensive range of vehicle sales and after-sales services, including servicing, spare parts, and body & paint services.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's human resource functions and daily HR operations.
• Oversee recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage employee relations and handle workplace matters.
• Formulate, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Monitor payroll matters and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
• Manage HR compliance, risk management, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must have practical knowledge and experience in Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions is preferred.
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking ability is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential HR matters professionally.

Working Hours

• Office hours.
