HIRING: HALAL EXECUTIVE

Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Saturday: Alternate weeks

May be required to work beyond normal working hours when necessary, particularly during Halal or KKM audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidates only.

• Diploma/Degree in Halal, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Malaysian Halal requirements and food safety practices.

• Willing to work according to the production schedule.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with Halal requirements and standards.

• Monitor the handling, processing, storage, and packaging of Halal products.

• Maintain and update Halal and hygiene-related documents and records.

• Assist in preparing documents required for Halal certification, renewal, and audit purposes.

• Assist during audits and inspections by JAKIM/JAIPK, KKM, customers, and other relevant authorities.

• Monitor compliance with hygiene and cleanliness requirements within operational areas.

• Perform other Halal-related duties as assigned by the Manager or Management.
