Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field.

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and production-related software.

Positive thinking and Self-motivated

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to take initiative and work independently.

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsible, disciplined and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week and overtime when required.

Working Hours:-
Mon - Fri : 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sat : 8:00am - 1:00pm

Plan and monitor production activities to meet customer orders, production targets and delivery schedules.

Supervise production operators and manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth production operations.

Monitor material availability, production processes, machine downtime and overall production performance.

Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, 5S and company requirements.

Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments on production matters.

Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
