Manager job

• Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace rules.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee discipline.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor sales, targets, and overall business performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling, stock control, and inventory management.
• Conduct staff training and provide guidance when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational matters.
• Identify operational problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Take appropriate action on staff misconduct or repeated attendance issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Assistant Manager job

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise and support staff during working hours.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs, company policies, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and operational issues.
• Support sales and performance targets.
• Assist with stock checking, inventory, and cash management.
• Train and guide new and existing staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper workplace standards.
• Assist the Manager with daily and monthly reports.
• Communicate operational issues to the Manager promptly.
• Take responsibility for the team in the Manager's absence.
• Support disciplinary and performance-related matters when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager or management.

Pay: RM1,738.49 - RM6,315.17 per month
