Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field

2–4 years of HR experience (recruitment focus preferred)

Strong knowledge in Malaysia labor law (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)Able to handle payroll, recruitment and documentation

Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / hiring

Able to work independently & handle multiple tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

Good communication & coordination skills

Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview, hiring)

Develop and improve recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates

Manage employee records, attendance & payroll coordination

Prepare HR documents (offer letter, warning letter, etc.)

Ensure compliance with company policies & labour law

Support HR operations & administrative functions
