1. Accounting Functions

• AR follow up & monitoring.
• Keying-in and reconciliation of bank, cash and credit card entries.
• Verification of invoices and documents.

2. Administration & Purchasing

• Purchasing function.
• Forwarding and management of document and communication.
• General administration and clerical.

3. Sales & Logistics Processing

• Processing of Sales Order and related documents.
• Processing return of stocks.
• In-charge of branch store including stocking in from transit and issuing.
