Asia Food City Management Hiring! Full Time Senior Leasing Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

Tenant Acquisition & Leasing

• Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve occupancy targets and support business growth.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and tenancy agreement execution.
• Evaluate tenants’ business concepts, menus, and market positioning to ensure alignment with outlet’s strategy.

Tenant Onboarding & Pre-Opening

• Coordinate tenant onboarding, ensuring all pre-opening requirements are fulfilled (e.g. licenses, menu submission, permits).
• Guide tenants through setup processes, including utilities, equipment, and store readiness.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth outlet opening.

Tenant Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to drive long-term retention.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor tenancy expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions in a timely manner.

Operations & Compliance

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Operations team on tenant move-in and move-out arrangements, inspections, and handover procedures.
• Escalate tenancy disputes, lease breaches, and commercial risks to management.

Leasing Strategy & Support

• Support new outlet openings and expansion activities.
• Track occupancy rates, renewals, and tenant feedback.
• Perform other leasing-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in leasing, retail, or F&B industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up discipline and tenant relationship management.
• Proactive, results and detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple leasing projects, follow up with tenants promptly, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel for site visits and tenant meetings when required.
• Working Location: Mid Valley Northpoint Office, KL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
