️ What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring Windows Server environments.

• Help keep systems reliable, fast, and running with enough storage capacity.

• Support IT security, including endpoint protection and access controls.

• Support business applications and help users get the most from their systems.

• Work with vendors and IT providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Take part in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments.

• Maintain user and technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a passion for IT and the drive to grow are also encouraged to apply!

• Good knowledge of Windows Server and client environments; knowledge in SQL programming.

• Knowledge in ERP/accounting or other business applications will be an added advantage.

• Confidence troubleshooting PCs, servers, printers, and network devices.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• A proactive attitude, a hunger to learn, and comfort working solo or in a team.

• Willingness to travel to client locations when needed.
