Requirements
Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
Mandarin cuisine experience is an advantage.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredients, stock, and food wastage.
- Ensure smooth and timely food preparation during service.
- Train junior kitchen staff when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef/Management.
