任职资格

  • Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef.

  • Mandarin cuisine experience is an advantage.

  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

岗位职责

  • Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Monitor ingredients, stock, and food wastage.
  • Ensure smooth and timely food preparation during service.
  • Train junior kitchen staff when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef/Management.
