Job Responsibilities

* Develop and expand new business opportunities across the East Coast region - Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan.

* Identify potential locations, dealers, partners and business opportunities to grow the market.

* Build and develop the local sales organization and team.

* Recruit, train and develop new sales team members.

* Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

* Manage sales activities, customer acquisition and follow-up.

* Develop new markets and strengthen existing business relationships.

* Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

* Plan and execute local sales campaigns, roadshows and promotional activities.

* Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and market expansion plans.

* Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to improve productivity.

* Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in Business Development, Sales, Retail, Recruitment or Team Management are encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.

* Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.

* Willing to travel within Kelantan, Terengganu and Kuantan.

* Possess own transport and valid driving licence.

* Fresh candidates with strong potential and leadership ability may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary: RM4,500 - RM6,000.00
