Job responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the purchasing process of fresh products, including vegetables, fruits, and seafood. Duties include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, monitoring market prices and product quality, managing inventory, and minimizing wastage. Ensures an adequate supply of fresh, high-quality products while controlling purchasing costs and ensuring timely deliveries to meet the company’s operational requirements.

Key requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or fresh produce merchandising is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of fresh produce quality, seasonal trends, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or inventory systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
