• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre operations.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, or service industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of current promotions, treatment packages, and membership programmes.
• Good understanding of customer needs and buying behaviour within the beauty and wellness industry.
• Ability to confidently and accurately explain product and service benefits to customers.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on assigned lead lists.
• Introduce the company’s products, services, promotions, and membership programmes.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Address customer enquiries and objections professionally and effectively.

• Schedule qualified appointments for Beauty Consultants or branch teams.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Ensure appointment details are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.

• Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Reactivate inactive and existing customers through outbound calling campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Regularly update customer information to ensure data accuracy.

• Support marketing campaigns by promoting seasonal offers, promotions, and new product launches.
• Identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch teams to maximize appointment conversions and customer satisfaction.

• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized customer interactions.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the relevant team when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer privacy standards.

• Track and maintain daily calling and appointment performance records.
• Prepare regular reports on call volume, appointment bookings, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
