Wash, cut, and prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.)   
Assist chefs in cooking preparation  
Keep kitchen clean (washing utensils, equipment, floor)   
Store food properly (labelling, refrigeration, stock rotation)   
Follow food hygiene and safety standards   
Help receive and organise food deliveries   
Dispose of kitchen waste properly   
Basic dishwashing if needed  



Working hours: 9.30am – 8pm, with 2-hour lunch break
6-day work week
Current off day: Friday
Weekend off days will be available once the kitchen team reaches 3 staff
In-house meals provided
Entitled to performance incentives once passed probation (2 months)
Priority given to Singapore Citizens
Food Safety Course preferred
Able to speak Mandarin
