Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in bartending or F&B is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pleasant personality, well-groomed, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Set up and maintain the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and ingredients.

Take beverage orders and provide friendly and efficient service to guests.

Ensure proper stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.

Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.

Follow responsible alcohol service practices and resort policies.

Assist with bar inventory, stock receiving, and daily stock checks.

Ensure all beverages are presented according to the resort's standards.

Assist the F&B team during events, functions, and busy operating periods.

Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor / Manager.
