• Verify customer information and ensure transactions are processed correctly.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers by providing continuous support and assistance.

• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure their issues are resolved and improve customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.

• Maintain high-quality customer service while meeting response time and performance targets.
