Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Koffie Lane's recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen crew and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain fast food preparation, especially during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory, assist with stock ordering, and minimise food wastage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Assist in menu development and improvement.
• Handle food complaints and resolve kitchen-related issues.
• Ensure proper kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain teamwork, discipline, and professionalism.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management.
