Accounts Payable Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Industry: Automotive / Tyre Manufacturing

The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable activities while supporting banking, treasury, accounting, and administrative functions. The role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, numerically strong, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Manage the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, payment preparation, vendor reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
• Banking Transactions: Handle local and foreign currency payments and coordinate banking-related transactions.
• Treasury Support: Assist with cash flow monitoring, bank dealings, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Accounting Support: Assist with full sets of accounts and month-end closing activities.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve payment and accounting matters.
• Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
• HR & Administration: Provide basic support for HR-related matters, including payroll and administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar role.
• Practical experience using banking platforms for payment processing.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
