• The Mission: Assist in aligning partner brands, corporate allies, and our community for Little Food School (LFS) campaigns and events, then run those campaigns on-ground with total strategic and operational alignment.
• The Reality Check: You must be comfortable building rapport with corporate and community partners and running dynamic campaign setups.
• The Loot: Up to RM 5,000 Base + performance incentives tied to successful campaign execution and valid O2O lead capture volume.

Key Responsibilities

1. LFS & Partnership Campaign Acquisition & Execution (45%)

• Partner Acquisition Assist: Support CBDO in identifying, pitching, and securing corporate partners, community hosts, and co-branding allies for Little Food School (LFS) activations and joint marketing programs.
• On-Ground Campaign Delivery: Lead the booth/activation operational execution for LFS programmes and partner events—ensuring brand presentation and campaign messaging align 100% with strategic goals..

2. Community Growth & Happiness! (35%)

• Community Activation & Engagement: Engage community members, and partner representatives on-ground, converting conversations into authentic stories, reviews, and digital engagement.

3. Programmatic O2O Funnel Continuity (20%)

• Feedback Loops: Gather real-time consumer feedback and product insights during campaign touchpoints, passing structured qualitative data back to CBDO and product innovation teams.
• Campaign Post-Mortems: Report on campaign performance against strategic targets—tracking total leads captured, partner reach, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Partnership Coordination, Event Marketing, Community Management, or Sales Operations.
• Campaign & Event Track Record: Direct experience assisting with brand partnerships, B2B outreach, pop-up events, or educational workshops.
• Digital & Tool Literacy: Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic digital event mechanics (QR forms, POS systems, social media tools).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia for pitching partners and engaging live event crowds.
• Flexibility: Full willingness to travel locally for event/partner activations and work weekend shift rotations during active campaign peaks.
