Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support daily injection molding operations in a medical appliances manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.

• Relevant working experience in plastic injection molding or the manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of injection molding machines, mold setup, and production processes.

• Able to troubleshoot machine problems and resolve technical issues.

• Familiar with machine maintenance, quality inspection, and manufacturing safety procedures.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and machine operating instructions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Working day and hours

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (5.5 Days)

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Perform mold installation, machine adjustments, and parameter settings according to production requirements.

• Troubleshoot injection molding machine issues and resolve production defects.

• Conduct routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

• Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet company specifications.

• Work closely with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.

• Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, and maintenance reports.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
