Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries via Instagram DM, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, sizes, prices, availability, and orders.
- Monitor and process customer orders from online platforms.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and encourage sales.
- Promote products and support online sales activities.
- Maintain good customer service and respond to customers promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and report issues to Management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
