• Reply to customer enquiries via Instagram DM, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, sizes, prices, availability, and orders.
• Monitor and process customer orders from online platforms.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and encourage sales.
• Promote products and support online sales activities.
• Maintain good customer service and respond to customers promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and report issues to Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
