Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supermarket operations to ensure efficient store activities and quality customer service.
• Coordinate staff duties, work schedules and shift coverage to meet operational needs.
• Monitor stock receiving, storage, replenishment, product displays and returns.
• Conduct regular stock checks, monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation to minimise wastage.
• Ensure product displays, promotional materials and price tags are accurate and properly maintained.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving outlet targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Guide and train employees on product knowledge, customer service and operating procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and report stock discrepancies, equipment faults and staffing issues to management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in supermarket or retail operations.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock rotation and merchandising.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise a team and coordinate daily tasks effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS and inventory systems is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Executive: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• Supervisor: Diploma or relevant qualification, with supervisory experience in supermarket or retail operations.
• Experience in stock management is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
