Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development and marketing of leasing and hire purchase products, with proven customer and dealer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and complaint resolution for SME clients and dealers.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop new prospects.
- Extensive experience in executing and monitoring marketing initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- To market industrial hire purchase product to existing customers and new prospects.
- To conduct site visit and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and make recommendations with sound credit judgement to credit evaluation department.
- To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within stipulated time frame.
- To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective customers and suppliers.
- To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
- Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve the target in term of business volume amount and number of clients.
