WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASING OFFICER/ PURCHASING CLERK

Location: Ipoh, Perak

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers, gather product information, and compare prices to obtain the best deals.
• Assist in preparing company budgets and assessing inventory requirements.
• Conduct stocktakes for packaging materials, including cartons, plastic packaging, and label stickers.
• Source reliable suppliers for the required goods and services.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available for daily operations.
• Analyse purchasing costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
