Job Description

Responsibilities

HIM Wellness is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Content Executive to strengthen our content and social media presence.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content , but understands what makes content perform, what gets people talking, and how to turn audience insights into stronger content strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan weekly & monthly content strategies and content calendars.
  • Develop engaging content ideas, hooks, storylines and short-form video scripts.
  • Provide creative direction during content production and shooting.
  • Manage and optimise content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Threads.
  • Create content that encourages comments, shares, saves and audience interaction.
  • Identify trends, audience behaviour and content opportunities.
  • Analyse content performance and identify winning & low-performing content.
  • Develop content around HIM Wellness , including doctor POV, treatment awareness, customer FAQs, branch experience and behind-the-scenes.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly content performance reports.
  • Continuously test and improve content based on data and insights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Content / Social Media.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram.
  • Strong in content ideation, storytelling and short-form video.
  • Understands social media analytics and content performance.
  • Basic knowledge of shooting and video editing.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of content.
  • Must have a portfolio of previous work.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, beauty or lifestyle is an added advantage.
