- Entry-level / Fresh graduates welcome (willingness to learn is key).

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).

- Proactive, physically fit for hands-on tasks, attentive to detail.

- Able to understand written SOPs and relay basic issues to supervisors clearly.

1. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Compile, update, and maintain daily production logs, batch records, and work orders.

- Perform accurate data entry into computer systems (Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP/).

- File, store, and organize operational paperwork and compliance documents according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Production Reporting

- Collect output data from machine operators and production lines.

- Assist in generating daily/weekly production progress reports, tracking volume, downtime, and material usage.

- Report any discrepancies between planned target outputs and actual results to line supervisors.

3. Hands-On Floor Operations

- Assist line operators with routine production tasks (packing, assembly, labelling, material loading/unloading).

- Monitor basic machine status and notify technicians or supervisors immediately if equipment malfunctions.

- Conduct visual quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to flag defects.

4. Material & Inventory Support

- Check incoming raw materials against delivery orders and production schedules.

- Transport materials, components, and tools to and from work stations to prevent downtime.

- Participate in periodic stock counts and physical inventory audits.

5. Safety & Shop-Floor Maintenance

- Maintain clean and organized work areas adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

- Strictly follow all safety guidelines, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and

standard operating procedures.
