Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, operations, HR or manpower management. Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in handling client and candidate coordination. Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in Malaysia. Experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment targets simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets.
