Key Responsibilities :

 Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from commencement to completion.

 Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.

 Monitor project progress, costs, quality and contractual compliance.

 Lead Project Managers, Engineers, site teams and subcontractors.

 Coordinate with Contracts, QS, Procurement, Finance and HSE departments.

 Monitor project budgets, cash flow, progress claims, variations and cost-to complete.

 Identify and manage project risks, delays, disputes and cost overruns.

 Ensure projects comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and relevant regulations.

 Monitor subcontractor performance, material delivery and site productivity.

 Report project progress, financial performance and key issues to management.

 Drive timely project completion, cost control and profitability.

Requirements :

 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

 10–15 years of construction project management experience.

 Proven experience managing large-scale or multiple construction projects.

 Strong knowledge of project planning, contracts, cost control and site operations.

 Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

 Good knowledge of construction safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
