About the role

As a Shipping & Logistics Executive, Junior at SS Greener Earth Solutions Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. Working within our dynamic manufacturing team, this full-time position is based in Balakong, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange shipping and logistics activities for local and international shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, Invoices, Bill of Lading, and related permits.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, couriers, and shipping agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and track deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time.
• Handle customs clearance matters, including coordination for import/export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
• Manage and update shipping schedules and logistics records.
• Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) regarding shipment arrangements.
• Assist in cost control, freight quotation comparison, and logistics expense monitoring.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Min. 2 years or Work Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Familiar with customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / logistics systems.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
