We’re looking to add a Buyer, Purchasing in GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd.

As a Buyer, Purchasing, You will :

1. Compliance to the purchasing policy
2. Order processing
3. Ensure vendor on time delivery
4. Issue requirement forecast to vendor
5. Inventory control management
6. Support new product introduction
7. RMA return management (Issue RTV PO)
8. Resolve vendor payment issue
9. Alert integrity of MRP
10. Review and feedback vendor capacity 

What skills and experiences are we looking: 

1. Diploma and 2 years in the Manufacturing Operation or Sales  
2. Know to operate computer terminal and basic purchasing & technical knowledge
3. Must have basic MRP knowledge, understanding of Manufacturing operation.
4. Prepare to accept frequent changes from internal and external and response to the changes promptly.
5. Always maintain a positive attitude and positive thinking.
6. Have good communication skill.
7. Have business sense
8. Must be able to work smart and be independent in any environmental conditions.
9. Freedom to make decisions within the policies but must keep the superior informed.
10. Customers, Suppliers Communication / Interpersonal Skills requirements 100% of work. Because of Buyer representing the company interacting with external parties, highest standard of integrity is expected and strong communication /Interpersonal skill is required.
11. Additional Information Sound knowledge of English / Mandarin is important for the position to communicate with suppliers and inter-plant.
