Teemi Hiring! Full Time Store Associate in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

Teemi is a Malaysian brand specializing in ergonomic school bags designed to support children's comfort and well-being.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and camera-confident individual to join our Penang retail team as a Retail Associate & Live Host.

This is a hybrid role combining in-store customer service, retail sales and live-streaming activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in BM & English with good communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of a camera.

• Friendly, energetic, confident and customer-oriented.

• Willing to learn about ergonomic school bags and product fitting.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays. 5 working days per week; rest days are fixed on weekday.

• Retail sales, customer service or live-hosting experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Retail Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.

• Understand parents' and children's needs and recommend suitable school bags.

• Demonstrate product features, proper fitting and ergonomic benefits.

• Handle sales transactions, customer enquiries and after-sales support.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and stock organization.

• Assist with daily store operations and basic inventory management.

2. Live Hosting & Online Engagement

• Host engaging live-streaming sessions, primarily on TikTok & Shopee, to introduce and demonstrate Teemi products.

• Communicate confidently in BM to engage viewers, answer questions and provide guidance on ergonomic school bag selection.

• Demonstrate school bag features, fitting methods and product comparisons during live sessions.

• Work with the marketing team to prepare live-streaming topics, product highlights and promotional activities.

• Support basic live-stream setup, product preparation and session coordination.

• Contribute ideas to improve live-stream engagement and sales performance.
