 To perform test to ensure the following items are complied with cGMP and predetermined standards:_

 All new incoming raw material from suppliers

 All raw materials which are going to send in for production

 All samples collected by the production crew or lab technician during/after production

 To arrange and schedule lab technician to prepare lab instruments or equipment and assist during test is carried out;

 To review the records which prepared by the lab technician;

 To interpret results and submitting the initial tests to the superior for further analysis;

 To maintain the laboratory equipment and ensuring that the laboratory is stocked well with all the necessary instruments;

 To maintains daily upkeep of all lab areas, for example: equipment is stored away, source documents are organized and filed, decontamination of lab work benches;

 To schedule lab specimen/sample pick up or transport to external laboratory;

 To maintain organization of contents of freezer at all times;

 To take responsibility for lab set-up and supplies, for example: shipping supplies, sampling bottles;

 To support QC Manager with day to day protocol processing requirements as assigned;

 To maintain and update all the SOP, reports, forms and any other relevant documents;

 To trouble-shooting non-conformance issues;

 To perform calibration activities when necessary;

 To perform all duties assigned by superior;

 To ensure the lab is complied to cGMP requirements;

Perform routine chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various laboratory techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy.

Accurately record and document all experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

Assist senior chemists in developing and validating new analytical methods and procedures.

Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration, cleaning, and functioning according to established protocols.

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures within the laboratory environment, including the proper handling and disposal of chemicals.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues that may arise during experiments or analyses, demonstrating problem-solving skills.

Prepare solutions, reagents, and samples required for various analytical tests.

Participate in quality control checks and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and product quality.
