Job Description:

• To manage and grow the upper mass affluent segment of consumer banking business.
• To drive Region's sales budget and business growth in upper mass affluent segment.
• To provide lateral support to Preferred and Retail branches on customer base and to meet the sales target of core products.
• To monitor and evaluate sales performance of Preferred Relationship Managers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years similar position in consumer banking in managerial role as Segment or Centre Manager.
• Strong leadership and proven record in managing a group of Relationship Managers.
• Self starter, proactive and possess sales drive in sales management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully licensed with IPPC, FIMM & banca.
• Good in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office and ability to analyze financial reports & statistics.
• Senior Relationship Manager with proven track sales record & good leadership skill are encouraged to apply.
