Are you passionate about beauty, skincare and helping people look and feel their best?

Renora Clinic is looking for a confident, motivated and sales-driven Sales Beauty Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, providing beauty consultations and achieving sales targets, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct beauty consultations to understand customers' skincare concerns and beauty needs.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, skincare products and treatment packages.
• Present treatment packages and promotions to potential customers.
• Convert consultations and enquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent service standards.
• Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns and TikTok LIVE sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate about beauty, skincare and the aesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in consultation, product recommendations and closing sales.
• Sales experience in beauty, retail or healthcare is an advantage.
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
