Job Responsibilities

• Apply anti-fingerprint (AFP) solution to PVD-coated stainless steel surfaces using precision spraying equipment.
• Ensure even and thorough coverage on all treated surfaces.
• Maintain and clean spraying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished surfaces to ensure required quality standards are met.
• Document and report any defects or irregularities to the Quality Assurance team.
• Manage inventory of spraying materials and supplies.
• Conduct R&D activities to develop new colours, designs, and surface finishes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

• 使用精密喷涂设备，在PVD镀膜不锈钢表面喷涂抗指纹（AFP）涂层。
• 确保所有处理表面的涂层均匀、完整。
• 定期维护及清洁喷涂设备，确保设备保持最佳运行状态。
• 对完成的产品表面进行质量检查，确保符合规定的质量标准。
• 记录并向质量保证（QA）团队报告任何产品缺陷或异常情况。
• 管理喷涂材料及相关物料的库存，确保生产所需材料充足。
• 进行研发（R&D）工作，开发新的颜色、设计及表面处理效果。
• 与团队成员密切合作，完成生产目标并维持高效、顺畅的生产流程。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
