About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager to join us as a long-term contract partner. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home with no office attendance required. You’ll research, plan, create, and grow social content for our clients, using AI generation and design tools to produce quality work quickly. You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team.

What You’ll Do

• Research social media trends, audiences, and competitors to shape content ideas
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
• Create social content, including static posts, carousels, short-form videos, and reels, using AI generation tools and design software
• Write captions, hooks, and copy that fit each platform and brand voice
• Schedule and publish posts on time
• Set up and manage ad boosting to reach the right audience
• Work with clients and our internal team to understand goals, share updates, and deliver campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Must have hands-on experience with AI design and generation tools such as Lovart, or similar image and video generators
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, and other content tools
• Familiar with major social platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
• Able to work independently and manage your own time
• Reliable with deadlines
• Clear communicator who works well with clients and teammates online

Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, or similar
• A portfolio of social content or campaigns you’ve created or managed
• Interest in AI-driven marketing and content production

Remuneration and Working Arrangement

• Contract-based, long-term partnership
• Pay is based on contract size and job scope
• Fully remote (work from home), with no office attendance required
• Flexible working hours, as long as deadlines are met
