Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client partnerships, and boosting hotel revenue across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability in managing team in delegating tasks and ensures to perform effectively in implementing business strategies in set of high performance standards and pursue agreed goals.
• To achieve sales targets allocated by Hotel Manager effectively cover the market according to territory and types of customers allocated by Hotel Manager, namely corporate clients, clubs and association, government, semi-government, embassies, and et cetera
• Develop and identify new business opportunity as expected to achieve a conversion target sales leads into actual business revenues.
• To uncover leads for Banquet Event Order (B.E.O) involved in managing and coordinating all aspect of banquet events from planning to execute and post event follow up.
• Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and effective sales strategies.
• Building and maintain a strong relationship with client and be as a representing the company in sales-related events and meeting.
• Develop and ensuring that in-house and corporate promotional initiatives are carried through professionally and participate in sales blitz according to guideline set by Hotel Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Min 5 years working experience and well knowledge in Sales & Marketing Division preferably in the Hotel Industry. Candidate with an existing corporate client database would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in closing sales above RM 400,000.00.
• Computer literate and possess good communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good in personality and appearance, organizational, independent, detail-oriented & high level of integrity.
• Convenient to travel as well as work in outdoor setting and able to attend during event & long hours when needed.
