Remote Freelance Quantity Surveyor

This is a remote freelance role, where you work from home.

Responsibilities:

- Assist to submit information and prepare quotations for tender jobs.

- Follow up on payment applications, invoicing and payment responses in line with our company contract and SOP Act requirements.

- Prepare, check and administer subcontractor and supplier packages.

- Record and send day to day: correspondence with regards to the contract, notices, records and contemporaneous documentation to assist the company team.

- Liaise with our clients, consultants, QS consultants as well as our project team to resolve commercial project issues.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and contracts, and in measurement and remeasurement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors and consultants.

Training will be provided!

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
