• Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia

• Adhere to punctuality and attendance.

• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills and strong follow-up skills and the ability to respond to users promptly.

• Answer all customer inquiries about motorcycles sincerely.

• Contact interested customers to assist them with their purchases.

• Provide friendly service to prospects and convert them into paying customers.

• Handle customer service online – WhatsApp, Phone calls, Facebook & other sources.
