• Preference is given to candidates with sales experience in the automotive industry eg car or motorcycle

• Candidates possess a valid B2 license

• Candidates should have a good knowledge or understanding of motorcycles

• Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, honest and hardworking

• Adhere to punctuality and attendance.

• Fast learner, quick thinker, and passionate about sales.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills and strong follow-up skills and the ability to respond to users promptly.

• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and passion for achieving sales goals. Strong ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Comfortable speaking with customers

• Resolving customer problems as needed.

• Help customers select motorcycles that suit their needs.

• Answer all customer inquiries about motorcycles sincerely.

• Contact interested customers to assist them with their purchases.

• Develop and implement new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

• Provide friendly service to prospects and convert them into paying customers.

• Handle customer service online – WhatsApp, Phone calls, Facebook & other sources.
