CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

(Plastic Injection Moulding Industry)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, project status, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate pricing information with relevant departments and suppliers.
• Coordinate new projects and follow up on project progress from initial enquiry until production and delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments, including Production, Planning, QA, and Engineering, to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Arrange and participate in project discussions and customer meetings when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, pricing, and project-related information.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company capabilities and requirements.
• Maintain proper customer records, quotations, project documents, and contract review records in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to work towards company objectives and targets.

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
